Offering the lowest price is easy, I just write a number down and poof, there is a nice low price. Offering the guaranteed best service is much harder. Luckily, you have found someone who promises both. I take customer service very seriously, and try to always go beyond expectations. With Four Season Spas, you get direct access to the owner. I provide my personal cell phone number, so my customers can call or text with questions anytime. If you need repair service, I am the one who will be there, not a third party repair company. From sales questions to repair service, I am here to help my customers with over a decade of industry experience.
Repair Service Policy
For spas purchased from me: I provide repair service for all of the spas I sell within a 30 mile radius. Outside of this area, I may try to find a more local service tech to handle repairs, or charge an extra travel fee.
For spas not purchased from me: In an effort to provide the best service to my hot tub customers, I currently only service non customers locally, including Attleboro or Rehoboth. Service for spas not purchased through Four Season Spas is performed on a case by case basis depending on availability.
Repair Service Labor Pricing
There is no charge for in-warranty repair service for my hot tub customers within a 30 mile radius (unless built into a deck). Outside of 30 miles, a travel fee applies of $4 / additional mile (40 miles away would be $40, 50 miles = $80).
Hot tubs purchased from Four Season Spas, located within Rehoboth: $120 first hour, then $80 / hour
Hot tubs purchased from Four Season Spas, located within 30 miles of our location: $130 first hour, then $80 / hour. Outside of 30 miles, a travel fee applies of $2 / additional mile.
Hot tubs purchased elsewhere, located within Rehoboth: $130 first hour, then $80 / hour
Hot tubs purchased elsewhere, located within a 20 mile radius: (subject to availability) $140 first hour, then $80 / hour
All hot tubs which are built into decks: $50 surcharge applies when crawling under the deck is necessary.
All service calls are billed with a one hour minimum and then in 10 min increments after the first hour. If parts must be ordered or a second trip needed, the follow-up service call will be billed at 50% for the first hour. Prices are for labor only, parts are additional.
